Bobcat of North Texas - Lewisville is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team for Grounds Maintenance Equipment. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting our product offerings, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities
Attends to walk in customers and directs them to where they need to be. This position should be the first person a customer talked to when entering our branches.
Lead Generation and Management.
Assists in customer unit walk arounds, demos, & pick up
Sales documentation management.
Team player working across department to support branch activities.
Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls or walk in traffic when sales team is not available.
Supports branch manager in smooth operation of overall branch activities.
Assisting Bobcat Sales Reps in all aspects of sales funnel (lead to delivery + reporting).
Improving the sales process through good communications across branch departments.
Helps to keep the mailing list up-to-date
Follows company policies and procedures, specifically the Sales Policy Manual
Assists with any related sales of Bobcat Equipment. (Parts, Rental, Service, Supplies).
Qualifications
Strong personality and interpersonal communications skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer relations skills.
Be comfortable greeting and communicating with walk-in customers
Excellent time & multi-task management skills.
Positive attitude and influence on company culture – team player.
A good working knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
Ability to quickly acquire and maintain product knowledge (powered industrial and/or agricultural equipment)
Have a sense of urgency and high work ethic
A good working knowledge of equipment operations
4-year degree preferred or 2 year degree with equivalent experience in the industry.
Physical Requirements
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment.
Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb and balance, kneel, stoop, couch, and crawl
Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
